This homeowner in Leyden, MA was speaking with a friend about how how frustrated they were with their crawl space. Their friend actually worked with us in the past on the crawl space in their home so they referred this homeowner to us! On installation day, our crew started by removing any old insulation and debris that was in the space. Then they laid down drainage matting over the dirt floor and insulated the concrete walls of the space with our SilverGlo wall insulation which regulates temperature much more efficiently than fiberglass insulation and it won't deteriorate over time. Then the crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. They also installed our CleanSpace Smart Drain to send water out and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity low. The homeowner is now much happier with their crawl space!

This customer had not even a hint that there was a poor attempt to waterproof his basement before he moved in. The previous company actually did what most people would refer to as a "hack job".The foundation was torn up along the perimeter but was only filled with crushed stone without the required pipe.  We are proud to report that our South Hadley, MA customernow has a properly installed basement waterproofing system complete with TrenchDrain, WaterGuard, a SuperSump and a Waterscape Outlet.
