After contacting us, we were able to provide a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system to collect the water seepage. To make sure that water gets pumped out, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump near the bulkhead door. Now, once the water seeps in, it'll be intercepted by the WaterGuard and will flow to the TripleSafe, keeping this basement dry all year long!
