After contacting us, we were able to provide a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system to collect the water seepage. To make sure that water gets pumped out, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump near the bulkhead door. We lined the crawlspace with insulation and CleanSpace as a vapor barrier, then we sprayed insulation along the rim joist to seal it all in and creating a controlled environment.
