Luckily, we had our WaterGuard interior drainage system that came to the rescue! The crew, jackhammered the inside perimeter, placed the WaterGuard in it, covered it in stone and topped it off with concrete. Now, he has a non-clogging drainage system that connects to his sump!

The old support post in the crawl space below was out dated and slanting ever so slightly, which caused the noticeable slope. In addition, the high humidity also contributed to the floor damage since it caused the wood to rot, weakening the support it's support to provide To reverse this damage, our team installed SmartJacks beneath the floor to raise it back to the correct level and stabilized it in place. Then, we encapsulated the whole area with CleanSpace vapor barrier to lower the humidity for years to come!
