After their home went up in flames, this family in Middleboro, MA decided to waterproof their basement after numerous incidents of water intrusion in their basement. As they rebuild their home, they realized that finishing their basement as usable space is an option they would like to have - but absolutely wanted to make sure that investment would be protected this time around, and done correctly. DryZone came out to waterproof their foundation with our WaterGuard french drain system, our TripleSafe Sump pump equipped with battery powered backup, and the reassurance that they could contact us at any time if for any reason, water continues to give them trouble, as we have emergency on-call technicians available in our Service Department.

In Middleboro, MA - this unfinished basement with concrete floors and a stone foundation was causing issues for its homeowners. With occasional puddling on the floor and the constant presence of moisture, this homeowner was done taking risks of future damage and continued issues. Our inspector, Michael, recommended installing our TripleSafe sump pump system, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier system and WaterGuard. These patented systems will capture and redirect water to the pump system, protect against moisture and leaks from the stone walls, regulate relative humidity and expel the water from the basement. 

Open sump pits are dangerous and ineffective. It can collect debris which would stop the pump from working in a time of need. Our SuperSump Pump liner and lid create a closed system so you cannot see the pumps and there is less of a chance that anything can enter!

A homeowner was worried about a sagging floor in his Hanson, MA home. He didn't want to floor to collapse at the wrong time, so he called us for an immediate solution. Our team planned and installed SmartJacks below this sagging floor to raise it back to place and stabilize it. This floor was originally sagging because there was so much excess moisture coming in that caused the wood to rot. To prevent further damage, we encapsulated the crawl space in CleanSpace vapor barrier to minimize the amount of moisture getting in. Now, this crawl space is saved from a sagging floor and humidity!
