DryZone Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A returning client of DryZone's reached out to our office, looking to get a quote for some additional support they felt was needed in their crawlspace. We had previously encapsulated their crawlspace and installed a SaniDry Sedona and SmartJack support system, but they felt they were in need of potentially additional support and wanted to get our professional opinion. 

Our inspector David went out and evaluated how our previous systems had been holding up, and agreed that additional SmartJack supports would be beneficial moving forward for the safety of the home. With the installation of 4 new SmartJacks, over 20 feet of support beam and the fixings to secure these supports - this crawlspace is up to par to ensure the safety of this family and the integrity of their home!

The basement of this dentist office in Hull, MA had a water problem. They used the space for storage but everything was getting wet. Since it is a coastal town, the owners knew something had to be done to protect their equipment. A SuperSump was installed to pump the water out!

This homeowner didn't like the amount of moisture in the air every time she entered her crawlspace. She wants it to be nice enough for her or other technicians to crawl around in if need be, so she called our company for an encapsulation job! We were able to provide her with CleanSpace vapor barrier, which is our thick polyethylene material to protect the crawlspace from moisture!  

This dirt floor crawl space in Hull, MA was letting in moisture from the outside environment and causing an unpleasant odor in the main living level. As moisture was seeping through into the crawlspace and by extension the whole home, it caused the area to get very humid, musty and damp. There was also an issue of water also was accumulating atop of a DIY vapor barrier. To control the humidity levels more and eliminate the risk of mold growth and musty odors, DryZone encapsulated the whole interior with our patented CleanSpace vapor barrier. Our installation team also installed new SilverGlo foam board insulation throughout the crawlspace, and installed a SuperSump Plus to help control water intrusion. Now, this crawlspace is properly insulated and protected against moisture and musty odors!

The customer in New Bedford, Massachusetts was looking for a solution to his on-going basement water problems. There was an existing pump system in the basement and it was not taking care of the problem properly. After meeting with our system design specialist Jay Hanrahan they decided a SuperSump pump system would be a good fit for the basement in New Bedford.
