This basement in downtown New Bedford, MA was built in the 1800's. The stone foundation has been deteriorating for years creating a nightmare for the homeowners when it rained. The solution would be to install a vapor barrier that can be tucked into the flange of their sub floor drainage system. The Cleanspace wall is a 20mil pastic vapor barrier that would trap anything dripping down the walls and redirect it to the WaterGuard which will carry it to the sump.

After a complete inspection, a production crew was able to install a TripleSafe sump pump to discharge the water along with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. To top it off, the walls were line up with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to keep the moisture out!

They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls and our WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter. The CleanSpace corrals water into the WaterGuard which also collects groundwater and sends it into the sump pump. The crew removed the existing sump pump and replaced it with our SuperSump Plus sump pump which is a much more reliable option. The SuperSump Plus sends all of the water out of the home through the discharge line. Now the property manager can feel confident the next time it rains!
