DryZone Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Abington, MA gave us a call because water was seeping into their basement, despite having a sump pump, and they were concerned about it leading to mold growth and affecting their health. Our sales inspector, Mike, went out to the home to do a full assessment of the basement and then he drew up a plan to resolve its water issues. On installation day, our production foreman, Lucio, and his crew completely waterproofed the basement, making it a much healthier environment. Shown here in the before and after pictures is the drain installed near the basement door which was a main cause of water in the basement. 

The home owner's in Bridgewater, Massachusetts would like to eventually finish their basement off but they have a few problem areas that collect water. One area in particular is at the bottom of the stairway in their basement. Our system design specialist Dan Gallinger suggested installed a french drain in that area which would connect to the perimeter drain system and sump pump. If water collects in this area it will go straight into the drain and get pumped out of the basement.

The property had a crawl space that was damp and had poor insulation. After meeting with our system design specialist Derek they decided to install a vapor barrier and rim joist spray foam.
