This new homeowner in Fairhaven, MA gave us a call because they had a home inspection done and they suggested that the crawl space needs some new insulation and waterproofing done. Our inspector, Nick, went to the home to assess the crawl space and drew up a solution for the temperature and water issues. Julius, one of our foremen, and his crew showed up ready to repair this crawl space on installation day! The crew started by removing the old fiber glass insulation and any other debris that shouldn't be in the space. Then they laid our drainage matting over the dirt floor to let water flow under and out of the space instead of pooling inside of it.
