DryZone Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A customer in Pembroke, MA had a window well that occasionally fills up with water during each rain storm. This caused the water to seep through the window and into the basement, forming a small puddle. We wanted to make sure his window well was protected from the harsh environment outside so that his basement can stay as healthy as possible. Our solution to this issue was a SunHouse basement window enclosure system! Coming with a see through barrier that will reflect natural sunlight into the basement and prevent water and weeds to pass through. 

This unfinished basement in Pembroke, MA was in need of some type of waterproofing measure. Because this unit sits in an area near rivers and wetlands, it's no surprise that the yard has a high water-table, and thus had lead to instances of flooding in their basement. They knew it was time to take matters into their own hands, and reached out to our inspector, Trevor, for a free estimate. Trevor had recently quoted other jobs in the area, so he was familiar with their situation and knew what the perfect solution would be for this basement! Our team installed a Super Sump Plus, WaterGuard and TrenchDrain drainage systems, as well as IceGuard outlets and a LawnScape well to allow for proper discharge drainage on the exterior of the home.

The home owner in Scituate, Massachusetts was moving in to the property soon but wanted the crawl space to be inspected by DryZone Basement Systems. Our system design specialist Derek Rice went to the property and found old, hanging insulation along with other issues like moisture and damp areas. We were able to come up with a solution to solve the pour insulation problem and dampness which consisted of a vapor barrier lining, spray foam insulation, dehumidifier and a sump pump. 

In Scituate, MA many properties have problems with water because of the proximity to the ocean. This basement was no exception. Adding a SuperSump in the low spot and TrenchDrain across the doorway certainly helped the problem!

This crawlspace in Scituate, MA was very wet! The fiberglass insulation was soaked through and through, it looked like melted cotton candy on the crawlspace floor. The existing vapor barrier did nothing to improve the condition in the crawlspace. We removed all the debris from the crawlspace and wrapped it with a 20 mil vapor barrier called CleanSpace. We wrapped the piers and sprayed foam insulation in the rim joists. The difference is night and day!
