This homeowner in Plymouth, MA wanted their crawl space to get an upgrade so they booked a free estimate with us to see what we could do to help. Our inspector, Trevor, drew up a plan to reinsulate and fully encapsulate the crawl space which will regulate its temperature and protect it from water. Our foreman, Tomas, and his crew arrived on installation day ready to improve the crawl space of this home. They started by removing the old fiberglass insulation and any other debris that wasn't needed in the space, then they installed our SilverGlo insulation along the crawl space walls, which is more effective at regulating temperature and much cleaner. The crew then encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, which seals off the space from water and other outside factors that can negatively effect the space. Lastly, they set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity in the space low. With our products installed, this crawl space got the upgrade it needed.
A homeowner in Plymouth, MA gave us a call because their crawl space had messy insulation cluttering it and they wanted to have a vapor barrier installed as well. Our inspector, Steve, went to the home to take a look at the crawl space and drew up a solution to clean it up and add a vapor barrier. Our Foreman, Tomas, and his crew first removed all debris and messy insulation from the space, then they laid down our drainage matting over the dirt floor. With the drainage matting in place, they were then able to fully encapsulate the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is a very strong material that seals off the space from excessive moisture and being impacted by outdoor weather conditions. Now the homeowner can feel much better about their crawl space!

Leaking windows in Woods Hole, MA were causing water issues in this homeowner’s basement. When our inspector went out for a free estimate, he suggested replacing their window well covers that had turned into a mini greenhouse! He mentioned the SunHouse window wells for the outside of the window that would create a shield on the outside to protect from water, debris and growth while still providing natural light inside the basement.
This home in Woods Hole, MA had an existing sump pump in the basement that wasn’t helping the homeowner's water issue as much as they had hoped. The homeowners were familiar with our work and knew our products and team were ones they could trust! Along with replacing the existing sump pump with a SuperSump Plus, we installed WaterGuard around the basement to collect any leakage from all sides of the basement.
