DryZone Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This was an annual maintenace appointment at a customers home in Brewster, Ma on Cape Cod. The customer's home is built on an area of land with a high volume of iron ocre.

This Brewster, MA home was getting water after storms and the homeowners knew they needed a sump pump so they could be prepared against future storms. They gave a call to the experts, DryZone, and we were able to get eyes on the issue so we could give them the best solution for the water problems they’d been having. As well as a SuperSump system, we installed our Waterguard system along the wall to collect the water that makes its way in. the system conveniently goes under the surface of the floor so once the new concrete dries, you can barely tell the Waterguard is even there.

This homeowner in Brewster, MA wanted a vapor barrier for his dirt crawlspace. He was also looking for a way to insulate the walls to keep the area warmer. Our production crew was able to line the floor with CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep moisture out and installed SilverGlo wall insulation to reflect heat back into the crawlspace! 

We got a call from a customer in Brewster, MA looking for a better sump pump for his basement. His current sump hole was too small, and that was causing water to easily fill up the hole, making the sump run constantly.  We fixed the issue by installing our TripleSafe sump pump that goes in a much bigger pit, so that the hole won't be filled up as often. 

This finished basement from Brewster, MA was in decent shape, it had two working sump pumps and a drainage system. Though, there was a third pump that began to malfunction. It failed over night during a rainstorm and he woke up to a massive puddle in the corner! To make sure this doesn't happen again, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump.
