Luckily our job is to make sure basements or crawlspaces stay dry and happy, so we cleaned out the insulation, replaced it with SilverGlo and encapsulated the space with CleanSpace vapor barrier. Now, moisture will have a difficult time trying to enter. 

This homeowner's crawlspace was lingering with dampness and humidity. The old sump pump was very faulty, and a spring time with lots of rain was expected right around the corner. So this homeowner knew it was urgent to get a reliable waterproofing solution. We installed a lethal combination of the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to fight off the humidity and the SuperSump pumping system to pump out any water seeping in!
