DryZone Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Our customer in Auburn, MA needed some help with basement waterproofing. We installed our WaterGuard Drainage System beneath the floor along with an access port, Zoeller M-53 Sump Pump, IceGuard, and a Lawnscape outlet. This customer in Auburn, MA was distressed after seeing puddles of water at his garage door! He had specialized items in his garage that weren't meant to be sitting near puddles, so our production crew dug a trench where the grade door was collecting water and installed a TrenchDrain system. This will collect any surface water to help prevent puddles being formed! 

This homeowner in Auburn, MA was overwhelmed with all the water that was leaking in through his basement doorway to his bulkhead. To capture the surface water, our team installed a TrenchDrain at the bottom of the basement stairway. Now, water won't be able to build up around this area, leaving it dry and happy!  

This basement in Putnam, CT was very damp from all of the outside moisture getting in through the walls. To lower the humidity, our team encapsulated the interior walls with CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier. This durable white liner protects basements and crawl spaces from moisture intrusion to improve the air quality!
