DryZone Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This basement's floor in Westborough, MA was constantly wet whenever there was rainfall. The homeowner couldn't stand not having a dry basement so he contacted us to keep it safe. For this homeowner, we installed our beloved TripleSafe sump pump system and integrated it with our WaterGuard interior drainage system. Now, water will be collected before it reaches the floor and it'll be discharged out of this basement completely. Ever since we serviced this basement, it's remained bone-dry and will continue to do so! 

An apartment building owner in Wyoming, RI gave us a call because the joint basement of the building was getting water. It's very important that the basement stays dry because the tenants use it for storage. Nick, one of our inspectors, assessed where the water was entering the basement and drew up a solution. On installation day, our foreman, Tomas, and his crew installed a full perimeter waterproofing system in the basement. The WaterGuard drainage system was installed along the majority of the basement floor's perimeter. Around the oil tanks and at the base of the stairs that lead outside, our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed to collect excess water. The WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are connected and channel the water they collect into the TripleSafe sump pump which was installed in the lowest point of the basement. Our crew also set up the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity in the space low and it drains itself into the TripleSafe as well. On the outside of the building, our IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent flooding from a clogged or frozen discharge line. Now the apartment building is fully waterproof and the tenants can feel comfortable storing their belongings in it.

Paul in Glendale, RI took a look in his crawlspace and did not like what he saw, there was falling insulation, dirt and debris everywhere! Who knows what was hiding down there: moisture or possibly critters? After remembering a commercial he saw on tv not too long ago, Paul called us looking for some possible assistance cleaning up and waterproofing his space. We were able to offer him an inspection where we could get into the crawl and go over what would be best to get it to where he wanted. He liked what he heard and loved it even more once the installation was finished! The crew took out all the old insulation and cleaned the space before adding TerraBlock insulation with a layer of CleanSpace vapor barrier over to encapsulate it. The was then sealed in with Rim Joist spray insulation and finished off with a SmartSump for any water that may find its way in. Paul was so thrilled and only regret was that he didn’t do it sooner.

This pipe in the wall of a Burrillville, RI home was causing some seepage around the edges and the homeowners needed a fix, they could not live with a wet and musty basement. Our crew was able to use our FlexiSpan system to repair the cracks around the pipe penetration and create a channel so if any water got in it would go straight into the ground below the floor’s surface.
