The wood below this floor was rotting away quickly in Hopedale, MA. There was so much humidity in the crawl space that the supporting wood structure began to deteriorate, effecting the floors stabilization above. Luckily, our team revived this floor and the crawl space under it by installing SmartJack floor support systems to raise the floor and stabilize it in place. Additionally, we fully wrapped up this crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent future humidity. 

This homeowner in Hopedale, MA reached out to us because the crawl space beneath their home needed to be encapsulated due to it being consistently damp. Our production foreman, MJ, and his crew started by removing the unnecessary debris in the space and then they laid down our drainage matting over the dirt floor. The crew then used our CleanSpace vapor barrier to fully encapsulate the space. The CleanSpace completely seals off the space from moisture and creates a much cleaner environment for the home. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about their home's crawl space!

The customer in Greenville, Rhode Island was looking to encapsulate their crawl space. The home had a dirt crawl space with high humidity. DryZone Basement Systems was happy to help! Shortly after reaching out to us we were able to repair the crawl space and add a vapor barrier and dehumidification system.

This homeowner first contacted us due to cracks appearing around a window in the basement and within the living room ceiling of the home. Soon after, the homeowner removed the interior side of the wall from the basement and discovered a crack big enough to fit his fist through! Our inspector went out to visit the home to take a look. It was determined the front right side of the home was sinking. The home needed 7 push piers to try and lift the home. After the home was successfully lifted 4 inches, the crack in the window was almost unrecognizable!
