Based on this call, I am concerned about the quality of the battery that was installed. It apparently was not functioning properly after less than one year in service. Fortunately for me, the warranty was still in effect.

my only concern is that he gave me incorrect information regarding the original installation date which would have affected the warranty on the battery if I had not challenged it.

Our Service Person's Diagnosis

Service person told me that the battery back up pump was the only one working but I know that this cannot be the case. That pump discharges to my yard and I would easily see that happening if it were the case.

The service person did a good job in correcting any issues that had arisen with the system.
