Robin, Ricky, Erin are the Best Performers overall as risk management team. Curtis is also a great sales and senior tech we can trust. The 2nd flood was devastating after installation of Primeter French drain, however, Erin helped us connect back to Curtis for reevaluation and the risk management team Robin and her staff tech Ricky, Jonathan and all did superb job making 2 x arteries for free as Curtis promised the life warranty last November. The Dryzone Basement has been absolutely the Best basement waterproofing company on this globe. These great professionals’ sincerity and dedication, commitment, professionalism have been so appreciated by us. Their work ethic is way beyond our imaginations. We cannot be more grateful to these excellent professionals who have been also so super friendly and humorous who kindly made our day when we were so depressed due to both Hurricane Ida’s flooding damage and Massachusetts natural ground water pushing up foundation disaster in our already finished basement.
