Efficient. Personable and Professional
Michael Buonocore was outstanding. First, he listened to what I was interested in having done. Then, Mike actually followed through, prepared the proposal to address the needs I expressed, and DID NOT try to "force" me to consider another plan which would have exceeded my budget.
Kervin and his two crew members were amazing! Kervin is so easy to talk to and his explanation of the work after completion was aces.
I told Kervin later: "It's like you were never here." Not a SPECK of dirt!

When I phoned, a human actually answered! Believe it or not, there was one company where I was fooled by an incredible AI-bot. Typically, I can recognize, but she was very convincing. Second, another company I tried I felt was potentially going to stress a more expensive option as the only solution to my concerns.
