I was referred to your company by a co-worker who had nothing but praise for your company/employees. I did not call anyone else. Her comments were all that I needed to convince me that your company was the company I wanted to do the work at my home.
From the moment I contacted your company, I was very impressed with the customer contact you have provided. The individuals that I spoke with and met with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the men who installed the sump pump did an excellent job and left their work area very, very clean. Thank you.
The first person I talked with (?Rebecca) was extremly polite and very efficient.
Arrived on time, was very knowlegeable and answered all of our questions.
Although I was not home on the day of the installation of of sump pump, the person who was at the location said that they arrived when expected and did a very good job.
