Dry Zone Basement Systems have been wonderful! They came and gave me 3 options for waterproofing my basement. They spent a lot of time going over the pros and cons and prices. When I chose (after 3 different bids from competing companies) they set up an appointment, arrived on time, did the work and clean up in the time they said it would take.

The system works beautifully. Once when I couldn't get the alarm to go off (turned out it was my fault for pushing water from a broken water heater into the top of the tank), they explained it patiently on the phone and told me how to fix it.

They have been wonderful and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
