We had our annual maintenance service call today, conducted by Scott Nichols. I can honestly say, that it was most thorough general service call. Scott checked everything that needed to be checked, and he actually seemed to care about doing a great job. He made sure that everything was cleaned as completely as possible, and that all equipment was working as it should be; not to mention that he was both courteous and friendly. I never once had the feeling that he wanted to finish as soon as possible; skipping steps along the way, only to get to the next place as soon as possible. I plan on having the service maintenance conducted annually, and would appreciate if you would assign Scott to our account.

I just had DryZone, you had installed a new basement waterproofing system for me on Monday and Ryan was the head guy and I just wanted to call to say I am very satisfied with the work they did. They were friendly, they worked very hard, were efficient, got the job done in about seven hours. I just wanted to give them a pat on the back and say that I am very happy and actually already recommended them to a few other people.

After the rain/flooding in Mar. 2010, I contacted DryZone Basement Systems. My experience with DryZone Basement Systems was positive from meeting a Sales Contact through completion of the work. And, Melissa who coordinated the work was extremely professional and helpful. In fact, everyone from the Salesman to the men who did the installation did their job in a very professional and courteous manner. Product Purchased and installed was their large SaniDry dehumidifier. The product and installation were expensive, but hopefully long-term the cost will be worth it. I definitely would recommend that anyone looking to solve basement water issues consider DryZone Basement Systems.
