Protecting a Home's Utilities from Water in Milton, MA

This homeowner in Milton, MA reached out to us about water that was seeping into their basement and pooling near some of their home's utilities. Our inspector, David, went out to the home and drew up a waterproofing solution for the basement. On installation day, our foreman, Damien, and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. Near the utilities, they filled in the hole with fresh concrete and installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain to also collect any surface water and further protect the utilities.
