Basement Waterproofing Case Studies: Sedona Dehumidifier Installation in Greenfield, MA

Challenge

We first met this customer back in 2018 when he needed us to take a look in the basement of his Dental Office in Greenfield, MA because although he had the yard around the office re-graded to prevent the water from pooling around the foundation, the basement was still very humid. 

Solution

We installed one SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier only to realize we needed to install two more because of the humidity in this basement being so high. We also installed a condensate pump to drain the discharge of the SaniDry. 

The SaniDry automatically senses high humidity and reduces it without filling a messy tray or bucket of water for emptying. Since our unit keeps humidity below 55% we know mold will no longer be able to grow!
