Basement Waterproofing Case Studies: Basement and crawl space project in Duxbury, MA!

Challenge

A block foundation with water coming in through multiple areas created major concerns for these homeowners in their basement. Their existing sump pump seemed to never keep up with ground water in any rain storm. In their crawl space, a musty odor and gravel floor prevented use as storage space. They wanted to make sure the investment of his house was protected down the road for future generations.

Solution

Our System Design Specialist, Dan Gallinger, developed a solution that included a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system with CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier to direct any wall seepage into the system. The WaterGuard will direct any water to the TripleSafe sump pump system. The crawl space was encapsulated with CleanSpace as well. The crew, led by Foreman Steve daSilva, completed the installation in two days.
