Lower Level Waterproofing in Johnston, RI

Challenge

This homeowner in Johnston, RI called us about the lower level of their home which included a finished basement, unfinished basement, and garage, all of which needed waterproofing. Our sales inspector visited the home and drew up a solution that would waterproof each area and give the homeowner peace of mind once the project was complete.

Solution

Our crew, lead by Foreman Lucio, installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the entire perimeter of the floor on the home's lower level. On the inside of the garage door, the crew put our XL TrenchDrain to collect surface water, it is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. That water is then filtered into the TripleSafe sump pump which has three lines of defense against water and sends water out of the home through two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, our crew set up our IceGuard discharge line system to prevent flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about finding water in the lower level of their home.
