New Construction Waterproofing Project in Newport, RI
Challenge
During a new construction project in Newport, RI, DryZone was called to install a waterproofing system in the basement area of a new home. Our inspector, Mike, went out to the site and drew up a plan to install our trusted waterproofing products during the construction process. The homeowner wanted to make sure they'd never have to worry about water issues once the home was done being built, so Mike's plan was a solution they could definitely count on!
Solution
On the day of the project, our foreman, Kervin, and his crew first leveled the ground of the basement area. Then they installed our WaterGuard drainage system and CleanSpace vapor barrier. The crew also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and SuperSump Plus sump pump. The SuperSump Plus will take all of the collected water and send it out of the basement. Now the homeowner can finish building their home feel confident that their basement will be staying dry!
