Wet Basement Problem Solved in Taunton, MA
Challenge
We got an inquiry from a homeowner in Taunton, MA that was getting water in their basement after heavy rains and were tired of dealing with it every singe time! When speaking with our office, we scheduled a free estimate to have our inspector take a look and devise a plan to solve this concern.
Solution
After discussing with the inspector and homeowner, the crew made their plan a reality. Since it was such a large basement, the crew installed two sump pump, a SuperSump Plus and TripleSafe to keep the entire basement dry. Those sumps were connected by our WaterGuard pipe system that is installed at the seam of the foundation to collect that water seeping in. Another method to keep this basement dry was CleanSpace Wall. This vapor barrier keeps any wall leaks behind the barrier and directs it into the WaterGuard channel to be removed by the sumps. Now, rain is no longer a point of stress for these homeowners!
