Norwood, MA Water Invasion Solution
Challenge
There was a property in Norwood, MA who’s owner reached out to us for help with water in the basement! Our team was happy to help and relieve this stress for their family. We sent an inspector to take some photos and measurements of the basement, working with them to devise a plan that would solve their water seepage problems!
Solution
After coming up with a plan to fix the concerns, our crew got to work! They installed WaterGuard pipe around the border of the basement, where the foundation wall and floor meet, to collect that water. The WaterGuard sits on the footing, below the surface of the floor to collect that seepage before it makes it way into the basement. That then connects to the TripleSafe sump pump where the pumps push the water up and out of the basement, away from the home.
