Foster, RI Basement Water Solution
Challenge
In Foster, RI, a homeowner had water and moisture concerns in their basement and crawl space that they needed a solution for! The inspector looked at the basement and crawl space to address the concerns. In the basement, water was seeping in along the edge of the foundation, where the floor and wall meet. That area is also the weakest part of the foundation, so a common spot for groundwater seepage to occur. Luckily, we have solutions designed specifically for these types of concerns!
Solution
The crew went in and installed a waterproofing system to collect that leaking water and get it out! WaterGuard pipe was installed at the seam of the wall to intercept the water before it gets into the basement. The water would then travel in the channel to the sump pump system to be removed. The TripleSafe sump pump system is the best system and has the strength to pump out about 6200 gallons per hour!
