Basement Renovations in Warwick, RI
Challenge
Our team worked on a home in Warwick, RI that was undergoing a lot of renovations, including some in the basement. After being called out for a free inspection for water intrusion, our crew went in to waterproof the basement so that the home could continue to be renovated and become the healthy home the owners wanted it to be.
Solution
The crew jack hammered around the interior perimeter of the basement to lay the WaterGuard pipe system which would collect groundwater seepage. Connected to the WaterGuard was TrenchDrain, placed in entryways of the basement so water could be collected from above. AT the low spot of the basement was a TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe consists of three pumps, one being a battery backup powered pump, and is a reliable choice to pump the collected water up and away from the home!
