This home in Hanson, MA was under agreement when a water concern was spotted in the finished basement. The teams representing the buyers and sellers reached out to DryZone right away to find a solution and we were happy to help, getting them an inspection with a member of our Real Estate Response Team the next morning! Solution
Our crew got in as soon as we could and installed WaterGuard piping to collect water around the basement. That water was then directed to the SuperSump Plus sump pump for removal. The basement was finished previously, but that was no issue since we have restoration solutions including EverLast Hall Wall and Elite Plank Flooring to get this basement back to beautiful! A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to complete the work and keep this space dry and healthy for the next owners!
