Bristol, RI Basement Solution
Challenge
This home in Bristol, RI was getting water seeping in their basement after heavy rainfall and needed it addressed! Basement waterproofing is our specialty, so we were happy to send out an inspector to take a look and go over the options we have. They took photos and measurements, taking the time to be precise and make sure nothing was missed. They then devised a plan based off their needs and our recommendations that they decided to move forward with!
Solution
The crew executed the plan and installed a SuperSump Plus sump pump system with our WaterGuard piping. The WaterGuard will collect the seeping groundwater and bring it to the sump pump to be removed by the pumps. Along the wall, CleanSpace Wall was installed, which will keep any water seepage from the walls contained and direct that moisture into the WaterGuard below. For the moisture in the air, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier will collect the humid air and drain that water into the sump pump next to it, no need to empty buckets each day! This solution will help decrease the moisture and water in this basement significantly.
