New Bedford, MA Commercial Property Waterproofing
Challenge
A manager for a commercial property in New Bedford, MA reached out with some concerns of water in the basement of the building. Our inspector went out to investigate and the both of them came up with a plan to mitigate the water and relieve some of the stress of this situation
Solution
After some extra checks, the team moved forward with installing our DryTrak system. The DryTrak is a baseboard waterproofing system that collects water from above the floor, along the seam. Typically this is done when the floor is too thick to jackhammer into, or if the foundation is monolithic, meaning that the floor and footing were poured as one. The DryTrak will remove the need to get to the footing and will capture water seeping in and direct it to the TripleSafe sump pump for an efficient waterproofing solution!
