The new owner of this home in Middleboro, MA wasn’t too thrilled when they found puddles in their basement after the first rainfall in the house. Their previous home had a waterproofing system so they knew this problem wasn’t just going to go away on its own, they needed to call in the professionals! Our inspector visited the home and reassured the owner that we were experts in this exact situation, and our products would be able to give them the dry basement they wanted.
Solution
After the owner decided we were the right company for them, our crew got to work installing the proposed work. A TripleSafe sump pump, the best sump pump, was installed to remove the water collected by the WaterGuard piping around the basement. On the walls, CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier will contain any water seepage, ideal for those who plan on finishing their basement eventually as it protects the drywall from moisture! The finishing touch, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, will reduce humidity in the basement, keeping the air clean and dry!
