Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Sherborn, MA Basement Waterproofing

A homeowner in Sherborn, MA gave us a call looking to have their unfinished basement waterproofed. Our inspector, Michael, went out to the home to assess the basement and he drew up a solution for its water issues. On installation day, our crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the wall to corral seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. All of that water is then channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump which sends it out of the basement through a discharge line. On the home's exterior, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about going down into their basement and finding water!
