This homeowner in Norwood, MA gave us a call because water was finding its way into their unfinished basement. Our inspector, James, went out to the home to assess the basement and he drew up a solution to keep it dry going forward. On installation day, Foreman Lucio and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends it out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the home's exterior, our IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent flooding if a discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes during the winter.
