This homeowner in Bridgewater, MA gave us a call looking for basement waterproofing options before they had their basement finished. Our inspector, David, went out to the home to assess the basement and he drew up a waterproofing plan. On installation day, Foreman MJ and his crew installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along each wall to corral water into our WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter for collecting groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed inside of the bulkhead door to catch surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends it out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the home's exterior, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent flooding if a discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner can have their basement finished and never worry about water issues!

TrenchDrain is installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch excess and surface water. It is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
The IceGuard discharge line system is installed on the outside of the home and prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
