Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Finished Basement Waterproofing in Barrington, RI
This homeowner in Barrington, RI saw one of our trucks in their area and gave us a call because they wanted their finished basement to be waterproofed so they could have new flooring installed. Our inspector, Andy, went out to the home to take a look at the basement and then he drew up a plan that would not only waterproof it, but also make it really simple for the homeowner to have it refinished after. On installation day, Foreman Tomas and his crew first installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the lower part of the basement walls to direct seepage into our WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's entire perimeter to collect groundwater. That water is then sent into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends it out of the home through two discharge lines. On the home's exterior, the IceGuard discharge line system prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen line. To refinish the basement walls, our crew used our EverLast Wall Restoration system which is water resistant and seamlessly works with the other products that our crew installed. Now the homeowner can have the basement floor finished and never have to worry about water issues in their basement!
