Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Total Basement Waterproofing in Millis, MA

This homeowner in Millis, MA recently moved into their home and wanted to have the basement finished to use as another living space. They wanted to make sure that the basement wouldn't have any water issues when the finishing project was done, so they gave us a call. Our crew, lead by our foreman, Melvin, started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along each wall to direct seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's entire perimeter to collect groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. They also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in the basement to keep humidity controlled year-round. All of that water is then channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump which pumps it out of the basement through a discharge line. On the home's exterior, our IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever clogs or freezes.
