Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Church Basement Waterproofing in Exeter, RI
The property manager of a church in Exeter, RI reached out to us because the basement of the building would take on a significant amount of water after heavy rain falls. Our inspector, Nick, assessed the church's basement and drew up a solution for it. On installation day, our foreman, Tomas, and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the basement floor's entire perimeter to collect groundwater. They also set up our SaniDry XP dehumidifier in the basement to control humidity year-round. The water collected in the drainage system is channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends it out of the basement through the two discharge lines. On the outside of the building, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if a discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the church's basement is completely protected from water and moisture!
