In Providence, RI, a homeowner was dealing with water seepage issues in their basement so they gave us a call. Our inspector, Trevor, went out to the home and drew up a solution for the wet basement. On installation day, our crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier seamlessly along each wall to corral that seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. The water collected in the drainage system is channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sends all of the collected water out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the home's exterior, the IceGuard discharge line system prevents water from flooding back into the basement if a discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about finding water seeping into their basement after it rains!
CleanSpace Wall System & WaterGuard Drainage System
CleanSpace is a strong vapor barrier that directs seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system. WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look. The WaterGuard Port is left visible to provide access to the system when needed.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
IceGuard prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
