Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Greenville, RI Basement Waterproofing
A homeowner in Greenville, RI gave us a call about their basement that had water seeping into it every time it rained. Our inspector, David, went out to the home to take a look and he drew up a solution. On installation day, our foreman, Melvin, and his crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the basement walls to direct seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's entire perimeter to collect groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed at the base of the stairs to catch surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. That water is all sent into the SuperSump Plus sump pump which pumps it out of the basement through a discharge line. On the home's exterior, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen line. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind next time it rains!
