Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Sagamore Beach, MA

In Sagamore Beach, MA, a homeowner reached out to us looking to have their entire basement waterproofed. Our inspector, James, went out to the home and drew up a plan. On installation day, Foreman Lucio and his crew started the project off by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along each wall to direct seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's entire perimeter to collect groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed at the base of the bulkhead stairs to catch surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends it out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if a discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter months. Now the homeowner can rest easy knowing that their entire basement is waterproofed.
