A homeowner in Lincoln, RI reached out to us and inquired about waterproofing solutions for their basement. On installation day, Foreman Damien and his crew installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along each wall to corral seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's entire perimeter to collect groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed at the base of the staircase that leads outside to catch surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. The crew also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in the basement to control humidity. The water collected in the drainage system and dehumidifier is channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends it out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the home's exterior, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if a discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes. Now the homeowner can feel confident that their basement will be staying dry!

TrenchDrain is installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch excess and surface water. It is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
The SaniDry Sedona keeps the humidity in the air of the basement low and drains itself into the sump pump. The TripleSafe takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines.
