This homeowner in Brockton, MA gave us a call about their basement because it often had water puddles on the floor after heavy rains. Our inspector, Steve, went out to the home to assess the basement and he drew up a plan to keep it dry going forward. On installation day, our foreman, MJ, and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. They also set up our SaniDry XP dehumidifier in the basement to control humidity. The water collected in the drainage system and dehumidifier is channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump which sends it out of the basement through the discharge line. On the outside of the home, our IceGuard discharge line system prevents water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever clogs or freezes.
