Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing Solutions for a Finished Basement in South Yarmouth, MA

This homeowner in South Yarmouth, MA reached out to us because their recently finished basement would take on water after heavy rainfalls. Our inspector, Josh, went out to the home to assess the basement and he drew up a solution that would keep it completely dry going forward. On installation day, our foreman, Tomas, and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter to collect the groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water and it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends it out of the basement through the discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes. Now the homeowner can repair their finished basement and feel confident that they'll no longer be dealing with water in the space.
