This homeowner in Assonet, MA, gave us a call because water was seeping into their basement from the walls and up through the floor. Our inspector, David, went out to the home to assess the basement's water issues and he drew up a solution. On installation day, our crew started the project off with installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier seamlessly along the walls to corral seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. The water collected in the drainage system is channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sends all of the collected water out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent flooding if a discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner can feel confident that their basement will be staying dry!
