This homeowner in Woonsocket, RI gave us a call because they were looking for basement waterproofing options. Our inspector, Andy, went out to the home to take a look and he drew up a solution. On installation day, our foreman, Tomas and his crew installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier seamlessly along each wall to corral seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's entire perimeter. The water collected in the drainage system is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sends all of the collected water out of the basement through two discharge lines. The IceGuard discharge line system was set up on the outside of the home to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if a discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about finding water in their basement!
