Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Lincoln, RI Basement Waterproofing
This homeowner in Lincoln, RI reached out to us because their unfinished basement was taking on water after it rained. Our inspector, Mike, went out to the home and drew up a solution that would keep the basement dry going forward. On installation day, our foreman, Riley, and his crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along each wall to corral seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter to collect the groundwater. All of that water is then channeled into our TripleSafe sump pump, which sends it out of the basement through two discharge lines. The IceGuard discharge line system was set up on the home's exterior to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if a discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner can feel confident that their basement will be staying dry!
