Our inspector, Steve, went out and took a look at the basement, then he drew up a solution for its water issues. On installation day, our foreman, Damien, and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the basement floor's entire perimeter to collect the groundwater seepage. That water is then channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump which then sends all of the collected water out of the basement through a discharge line. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind knowing their basement will be staying dry!
WaterGuard Drainage System
WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look. It directs water seepage into the sump pump.
WaterGuard Port
The WaterGuard Port is left visible to provide access to the system when needed.
SuperSump Plus Sump Pump
The SuperSump Plus takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through the discharge line.
