This homeowner in Bridgewater, MA gave us a call because water was seeping into their basement through the walls and floor. Our inspector, Mike, went out to the home to assess the basement's water issues and he drew up a solution. On installation day, our foreman, Riley, and his crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier seamlessly along each wall to corral that seepage into our WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's entire perimeter to collect the groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the bulkhead stairway to catch surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. The crew also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in the basement to control humidity year-round. The water collected in the drainage system and dehumidifier is channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends it all out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the home's exterior, our IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent flooding if a discharge line ever clogs or freezes.
